This guide explains how to upgrade a subscription or purchase credits on the Mary platform.
Start by navigating to the billing section on the left side of the platform.
Step 1: Wait for the page to load. It displays various plans available for purchasing credits on the Mary platform.
Step 2: Select the one-time payment option for purchasing credits. This option charges at $0.40 per page. You can purchase any number of credits you need, by changing the quantity (grouped in bundles of 100) on the checkout page.
Step 3: To make a one-time payment for credits, click on the 'one-time payment' option
Step 4: Click on the purchase button. This action will redirect you to the Stripe portal.
Step 5: To increase the number of credits you are purchasing, click the 'Quantity' button. You can then choose the desired number of credits in bundles of one hundred.
Step 6: For instance, to purchase two thousand credits, input 20 as the quantity, which equals two thousand pages in total (20 bundles of 100 page credits). The total cost at $0.40 per page amounts to $800 + GST.
Step 7: Fill out all necessary details to complete the payment.
Upon completion, you will be redirected back to the Mary page.
Step 8: To see your updated credit balance, check the top right corner of the platform.
