Verify faster with pinpoint references

Mary’s source references now highlight the exact location in a file where information came from, helping you check the supporting material more quickly. Pinpoint references work across all supported file types, including PDFs, Word documents, spreadsheets, emails and images.

This feature is only available in matters created on or after 2 November 2026.

How do I see this?

  1. Select a citation in a citation to open the source file in a side by side view.

  2. Read the highlighted content to see where the information came from.

  3. Check and compare it with the answer or entry.
