How to Enable Themes in Existing Matters

If you're not seeing themes appear in your existing matters, you can easily enable them by making a simple edit to the matter.

Steps to enable themes

  1. Navigate to your existing matter

  2. Edit the matter summary (even a small, insignificant change will work)

  3. Save your changes

This will trigger the system to generate themes for your existing matter.

Important notes

  • Themes are currently only available for personal injury matters

  • Make sure your matter is properly categorized as a personal injury matter for themes to appear

  • Other areas of law will have theme support added in the future

If you continue to have issues with themes not appearing after editing the matter summary, please verify that your matter is correctly set up as a personal injury matter.
