How to cancel your Mary subscription
You can cancel your plan from the billing page in Mary. Go to Settings > Billing to downgrade to the free plan. This cancels your existing subscription while retaining your data. The free plan includes 100 page credits per month. You can also contact support@marytechnology.com for assistance.
Before you start: Cancellation cannot be undone automatically. Once processed, your remaining credits and banked credits will expire. Make sure you have exported any chronologies or data you need before requesting cancellation.
How to request cancellation
Send an email to support@marytechnology.com from the email address associated with your account.
State that you would like to cancel your subscription (or turn off auto-renewal if you prefer to use your remaining time without renewing).
The support team will confirm once cancellation has been processed.
Turning off auto-renewal instead
If you do not want to cancel immediately but would like to prevent your subscription from renewing at the end of the current billing period, you can request that auto-renewal be turned off. Your access continues until the end of the current paid period, and your subscription will not renew after that date.
To request this, email support@marytechnology.com and ask to disable auto-renewal.
What happens after cancellation
Remaining credits: any unused included credits and banked credits expire at the point of cancellation. They cannot be refunded or transferred.
Your data: your existing chronologies, matters, and uploaded documents remain stored in Mary. You will not be able to create new chronologies or process new documents without an active subscription.
Team access: all users on your firm's account lose access to document processing features. All users will still have full access to existing matters and chronologies after cancellation.
Reactivation: you can reactivate your subscription at any time by contacting support. Previously expired credits will not be restored.
